This is a shout-out for Andi, the service coordinator at the Belleville office of Alarm System. On the weekend, I returned home from a road trip on Saturday evening to find beeping smoke detectors, and the alarm system touchpad none of which could be silenced temporarily. I eventually got connected to Andi who was empathetic and very proactive. She spoke to technicians and offered to remotely disconnect the problem, smoke detector from the system for 24 Hours so that the beeping would come to an end, until we could travel to obtain the required batteries. Once the batteries were reinstalled, like a magician, she reconnected the smoke detector to our alarm system, and confirmed that the monitoring station could see it. This type of personalized, empathetic and proactive service is rare. Andi could teach a thing or two to the folks on the phone at Ball Canada and Rogers. That says it all!

Called alarm systems about changing to satellite based alarm monitoring. Data provided was immediate and accurate. Agreed to the change and service techs came within a couple days to install equipment. Everyone I came in contact with were professional and friendly.
