Steps to Disable Video Doorbell Notifications:

Step 1: Accessing the alarm.com App Begin by opening the alarm.com app on your mobile device. If you haven’t already, log in to your account.

Step 2: Tap the Video/Doorbell Camera section. Once you’re in the app, navigate to the video menu.

Step 3: Tap the Cog icon in the top right of the app to open your device settings.

Step 4: Select the settings you wish to pause.

For your doorbell, you may want to temporarily disable the “Push Notifications” to avoid messages stacking up in your phone as trick-or-treaters visit. tap on Push Notifications > Doorbell Call Notification > Slide “Notification Active” to the left to turn it off.
You can also pause the recording rules if you are concerned about the number of clips Tap “Recording Rules” > Tap on the rules you want to disable. If the switch is to the left and white, the recording rule is paused. If the switch is to the right and colored in, the recording rule is active.
