1960’s – Glynn Reynolds founds Andreynolds Co. Ltd (Electrical Contracting) & quickly expands to plumbing & security.

1970’s – Andreynolds expands again with the purchase of Telephone Answering Service (Quinte) Company Limited.

1990’s – Evolving to meet the demands of our customers Alarm Systems & T.A.S. Communications became the core of the business and Andreynolds was dissolved.

2007 – Alarm Systems acquired Falcon Security.

2022 – Alarm Systems expands to Western Ontario through Partnership with Security ONE
