Response to COVID-19 Provincewide Shutdown

We are committed to helping reduce the spread of COVID -19. As an essential service to our Communities for almost 50 years, we will continue to protect and keep you safe during this Provincewide Shutdown. Our ULC Listed Monitoring Station will continue to operate 24/7 to protect the people in our Communities.
Our Client Services Team will be asking the following questions prior to any of our staff attending an appointment.
- Have you or anyone in your household/business travelled outside of the province in the last 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household/business been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
- Are you or is anyone in your household/business exhibiting symptoms or self-isolating?
Should any of these scenarios apply to you, we will be asking to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all concerned.
