Commercial Sales Representatives (Full-Time Position)

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Sales Representative for the Bay of Quinte region. Alarm Systems was founded in 1972 and is a family owned business that is progressive, client-focused and committed to meaningful careers for our employees. In 2008 Alarm Systems purchased Falcon Security located in Brockville and the two banners have positioned the organization as a regional leader, providing commercial and residential security and safety solutions in the Eastern Ontario markets.

Job Description

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you are an experienced, organized, and motivated professional who has a proven track record selling products and services to small / medium sized enterprises. You have excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to adapt to various personality styles and situations.

Responsibilities

Represent Alarm Systems to small/medium size enterprises, insurance companies and credible influencers;
Prepare accurate and timely records of customer and sales call activities;
Create weekly plans to advance relationships in the region in a proactive manner;
Develop superior product knowledge in security technology, automation, 24 hour monitoring, personal emergency response systems and integrated electronic security solutions to communicate appropriate solution;

Requirements

Eligible candidates must have a proven sales record with a minimum of 2 years as a business building representative in a service or solution environment. The successful candidate will be a college / university graduate in business, marketing, or technology. A team player, combined with superior communication skills, will result in building strong internal and external relationships. Extensive understanding of buyer personalities and knowledge of the security industry would be an asset.

An automobile and police check is required, this position is located in the Belleville area. A competitive remuneration package related to qualifications and an incentive program will be available to the successful candidate.

Job Description

The Customer Experience Associate will strive to build a deep and long-lasting relationship with our existing customers, by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to their security.  We are looking for a brand champion, relationship builder, and leading professional with an understanding of the security industry that will provide LEGENDARY customer experiences.
