Alarm Systems / Falcon Security’s Central Monitoring Station is listed by U.L.C. (Underwriters’ Laboratories of Canada*), which is the regulating body for the security industry in Canada. ULC conducts annual audits of those listed facilities to ensure compliance, and we continually meet and strive to exceed a stringent list of standards and regulations by U.L.C.
All of our staff are properly trained though The Monitoring Association (TMA) Operator courses. Our Central Monitoring Center achieved and maintains the prestigious Five Diamond Certification granted by TMA**. Attaining this official recognition and important credential involved our team being committed to rigorous quality criteria standards that included customer service delivery, ongoing central station education with follow-up testing.
Alarm Systems / Falcon Security’s Central Monitoring Station boasts a robust infrastructure that ensures reliable services at all times. We have proper system and power back-up so that you can rest assured that alarm signals will always get through. We strive for the best infrastructure to ensure all means of communication reach our central station. We like to think of our infrastructure as an ongoing strategy knowing a constant investment in this will produce a strong foundation.
Having our own dedicated and courteous monitoring staff allows us to customize and individualize our alarm responses to suit the requirements of our subscribers. These requirements can be easily updated and changed at any time. A lot of our clients know our station staff by name. There are no voicemail systems, no automated attendant phone system – you deal with live operators at all times.
Alarm Systems / Falcon Security owns its Central Monitoring Station, which means higher accountability and no compromise to the quality of services provided. Our facility and staff are locally based – they live and work in your community and are familiar with your neighbourhood, enabling them to consistently provide the fastest responses.
True Security is based on people’s welfare. Alarm Monitoring is a passion that we have and at the end of the day the goal is simple: Safety & Security.
